Perfluoroethylene Propylene Copolymer is produced by cracking and rectifying difluoro monochloromethane to form monomer tetrafluoroethylene. Tetrafluoroethylene is cracked and rectified to produce hexafluoropropylene. Tetrafluoroethylene and hexafluoropropylene are polymerized to produce finished polyperfluoroethylene propylene. It is mainly used to produce thin-walled tubes, cable insulation and computer network communication lines; It can provide high-quality and stable raw materials for color material processing and high-temperature special cable processing enterprises.
Product characteristics
It has excellent high and low temperature resistance, chemical stability, electrical insulation, outstanding non viscosity and high mechanical properties. It is more elastic and transparent than polytetrafluoroethylene.
Application description
It is widely used in wire and cable, household appliances, home decoration construction, communication, machinery, medicine and other fields.
