PTF series thickeners are high-quality thickeners specially developed for pigment printing process, widely used in cotton or other synthetic fabrics.(Does not contain APEO, NPEO, phthalates, heavy metals, azo, meets EU environmental protection requirements)

Product Features:
1. Ultra-fast dispersion speed.Test method: (200g pure water + 3g PTF hand-held industrial spoon to stir, complete thickening within 1 minute) It is suitable for pigment printing, white glue and primer production.
2. Superior thickening effect.State pulp recommended formula:10% solid pulp + 90% pure water + 1.3-1.5% PTF thickening
3. Thickening effect: dosageof 1.5% PTF thickener + 10% adhesive, viscosity 24000-26000 (with NDJ-1 type rotational viscometer, at room temperature with 4# rotor at 12 rpm, coefficient 500.)
4. Thecolor yield is bright, which is15-20% deeper than that of ordinary thickeners, which reduces the amount of color and reduces the production cost for customers.
5. Soft to the touch, softer thanthe fabric printed by general PTF thickener.

Instructions for use:
The liquid nature of PTF makes it ideal to be directly added to the printing recipe without the intermediate process of storing the paste. First mix water, binders and other additives with the paint, and then slowly add PTF while stirring until it reaches The required viscosity must be fully stirred for 10-15 minutes to ensure uniform dispersion of the thickener.
