1. Trimethylolpropane is mainly used in the production of alkyd resin and polyurethane resin;
2. Curing agent for producing paints and coatings;
3. Trimethylolpropane is used to synthesize advanced lubricants, plasticizers, printing inks, etc;
4. Used for preparing emulsifier and liquid fuel additive;
5. Trimethylolpropane is used as a textile auxiliary, heat stabilizer of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin and synthesis of many fine chemicals.
