γ-Butyrolactone

Purpose:

γ- Butyrolactone is an important organic chemical raw material, which is widely used in medicine, pesticide, petrochemical industry and so on. It can be used in the manufacture of a-pyrrolidone, N-methylpyrrolidone, polyvinylpyrrolidone and vitamin B1, Cyclopropylamine and butyric acid, herbicides and plant growth agents. It is the extractant, absorbent and dispersant of olefins and alkynes. It is also an ideal antioxidant, plasticizer, dispersant, color fixing agent and solvent for synthetic resin. It is a synthetic fiber spinning solvent, coagulant, dyeing assistant and antistatic agent. It is also the raw material of color roll couplers, ink lubricants, etc.
