Application: 2,2 '- bis (trifluoromethyl) - 4,4' diaminobiphenyl is mainly used in the fields of microelectronics and optoelectronics. It is used to prepare PI materials with very low dielectric constant, very low surface free energy, very high mechanical strength, very high wear resistance, colorless and transparent. It is the most famous monomer among all fluorine-containing PI diamine monomers.

Properties
