Antioxidant EPPD
Application Of Antioxidant EPPD:
EPPD is a compound of alkyl aryl p-phenylenediamine in a certain proportion. The product does not produce nitroso compounds when added to rubber. It is a new generation of green environmental protection rubber antioxidant. This product has strong anti ozone and anti-oxidation properties, so the compound has good high-temperature fatigue resistance and flexure resistance. Good compatibility with rubber. Low volatility and mobility. It can prevent the catalytic degradation of harmful metals such as copper and manganese. This product is liquid at room temperature, so it is easy to prepare and use when it is used for the post-treatment of synthetic rubber. The dosage is generally 0.3- 0 5%。

Storage Of Antioxidant EPPD:
Store away from direct sunlight and keep air circulation. If the tank is heated for storage (more than 35 ℃), it shall be nitrogen sealed. Prevent oxidation of the product and reduce the anti oxygen effect. The products stored in the heating tank shall be circulated continuously, which is conducive to the uniformity of temperature, reducing the scaling of heating elements, and maintaining the stability of product quality to a great extent.
