1. Application in the plastic industry

Including packaging, agriculture, transportation, medical treatment, household appliances and other applications - with the help of titanium dioxide to maintain its appearance and strength. Extremely low impurity content; Strictly control the particle size at 0.20-0.25um, blue phase; There are two processes: extremely low aluminum coating and dense inorganic silicon aluminum coating. Ensure excellent whiteness, good processability, excellent crack resistance and excellent weather resistance for outdoor use. The two products can be applied to plastic parts containing high-quality color masterbatches, plastic films, plastic steel profiles, or plastic parts required to maintain color stability outdoors.

Using inorganic coating and organic surface treatment, TiOEX - 8 series products can provide outstanding optical performance and dispersion performance in a wide range of plastic products. Titanium dioxide has excellent processability, and excellent optical properties, and the characteristics of fine particle size, good particle size distribution, white color, and easy dispersion in the plastic masterbatch. Titanium dioxide is especially recommended for polyolefin master batch and can be used with many polymers and in mixing when durability is not a key element.

2. Application in the ink industry

Titanium dioxide/Titania is light-resistant, heat-resistant, weather-resistant, and hydrophobic, with a high refractive index, small and uniform particle size, good whiteness and light diffusion, strong coloring power and covering power, and good physical and chemical stability. Titania has become an indispensable white pigment in ink manufacturing, and also a necessary raw material for the deployment of many intermediate color ink products. The ink containing titanium dioxide is easy to disperse, durable and has good surface wettability. Adding pigment-grade titanium dioxide to the water-based ink can make the ink strong in coloring, easy to disperse, and durable.
