Performance and Application
1. Fast penetrant t is easily soluble in water, and the solution is milky white. It is not resistant to strong acid, strong alkali, heavy metal salt and reducing agent. It has fast and uniform penetration, and has good wetting, penetration, emulsification and foaming properties. The penetration effect is excellent below 40 ℃, and it is easy to hydrolyze in case of alkali at high temperature. It is suitable to heat up the fabric after being treated with penetrant below 40 ℃. Penetrant t is not resistant to strong alkali and cannot be directly added to concentrated alkali solution. The alkali solution should be diluted before adding penetrant t.
2. Fast penetrant t is a high-efficiency penetrant, which is used to treat cotton, hemp, viscose and their blended products. The treated fabric can be bleached or dyed directly without scouring, which can improve the dyeing defects caused by dead cotton, and the dyed fabric feels softer and fuller. During green body scouring and bleaching, the slurry shall be retreated as far as possible to ensure the penetration effect.
3. When the penetration agent T is used, if there is too much foam, a small amount of defoamer can be added, and GP or octanol or butyl phosphate can be used for defoaming.
4. Used for raw cotton dyeing; Used for pesticide wettable powder.
Packaging, storage and transportation
50kg plastic barrel packaging. Store and transport as general chemicals. Store in a dry and ventilated place. The shelf life is two years.
