Properties: white flake or white granular crystal, easily soluble in water, easily deliquescent in humid air, and decomposed into hydrogen chloride and magnesium oxide at high temperature.
Use: as coagulant and stabilizer in the production of bean products. The tofu made with magnesium chloride aqueous solution is tender and delicious than that made with gypsum. It is also used as magnesium source supplement for some foods.
Packaging: lined with polyethylene plastic bag and covered with plastic woven bag, each bag is 25kg.
Storage and transportation: it shall be stored in a dry, ventilated and clean warehouse, loaded and handled with care to prevent moisture and heat. It shall be protected from rain and moisture during transportation, and shall be stacked separately from toxic substances. The shelf life of the product is one year.
