Application features: a green overspeed accelerator, without rubber dyeing. It can be widely used in NR, IR, Br, SBR, IIIR, NBR and EPDM. The performance is similar to TT and TETD, but the foaming and coking properties are low. The vulcanization performance is good but the strength is low. It also has high vulcanization without sulfur, heat resistance, no foaming and strong compression resistance.

Properties

Diisobutyl thiuram disulfide is an effective curing agent for acrylonitrile butadiene rubber (NBR). It is only suitable when ZnO and stearic acid are used as curing activators. Moreover, it is derived from Diisobutylamine, which is a reagent for organic synthesis, including the preparation of bx7 inhibitors that may be used to treat some cancers.
