Product performance and features:

Water Repellent Agent is a high concentration waterproof agent, which can be diluted and used. It has good low-temperature baking performance. It is suitable for waterproof finishing of filament, staple fiber and various special fabrics. It has good stability and is less affected by the residues of the previous process, dyes and other additives.

It has no effect on the peeling strength of the coating and the feel of the fabric. It has no effect on the whiteness, color light and color fastness of the fabric. No ignition point, belonging to non dangerous category, safer to use.

Usage method

Dosage: 5-65g / L, one dip and one rolling → drying (baking) → setting.

Baking temperature 130-150 ℃ × (1 ~ 3) minutes, or 160-180 ℃ × (1-2) minutes.

Please adjust the specific process and grade through different cloth samples.

Packaging and storage

Conventional packaging: 120 kg plastic barrel,

Sealed and stored away from light, - 5-40 ℃ with a shelf life of 6 months.

The use concentration varies according to the material, organization and purpose of the processed cloth. The general use concentration is as follows:

Standard processing conditions

The processing conditions vary with the density of the processed cloth and the rolling liquid rate. The general processing conditions are as follows:

Drying condition: 100-120 ℃ for 1-3 minutes

Baking conditions: 150-170 ℃ for 1-3 minutes

Precautions for use:

■ when using fluorine-containing waterproof finishing agent, please confirm the color difference change after processing in advance.

■ you can use non ironing finishing agent, softener, penetrant and other additives. Please fully confirm their compatibility and water repellency in advance

Effect of oil properties. When preparing working fluid, please dilute various processing aids at least 2-3 times before mixing.

■ when diluting this product, please use water below 40 ℃. Please control the working fluid temperature below 40 ℃ during processing.

■ please adjust the pH value of the working fluid below 7, which is weakly acidic. Under the conditions of strong acidity and alkalinity, the water and oil repellency of this product

There will be varying degrees of decline.

■ the prepared working fluid should be used as soon as possible to avoid long-term storage.

■ please wash the cloth thoroughly to minimize the residual hydrophilic or ionic substances.

■ because resin slag is easy to accumulate on the roller, roller drying is not an ideal method.
