Clobetasol propionate is a skin medicine. Topical application is suitable for chronic eczema, neurodermatitis, psoriasis, palmoplantar pustulosis, lichen planus, discoid lupus erythematosus and other glucocorticoid topical treatment of effective pruritus and non infectious inflammatory skin diseases. This product has a rapid effect, and it is a kind of highly effective topical corticosteroid Chinese medicine in clinical application. Its anti-inflammatory effect is 112.5 times of that of hydrocortisone, 2.3 times of that of betamethasone sodium phosphate and 18.7 times of that of fluoxetine. The systemic adverse reaction was 3 times as much as that of fluoxetine. Anhydrous sodium had retention effect and promoted the excretion of sodium and potassium.
