Sodium naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensate

The chemical composition of naphthalene superplasticizer is naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensate or naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensate. Naphthalene superplasticizer is made of industrial naphthalene (or refined naphthalene) sulfonated with concentrated sulfuric acid, condensed with formaldehyde and neutralized with liquid alkali. The main component is naphthalene sulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate. The content of sodium sulfate is less than 30%. It is a non air entraining superplasticizer. It is characterized by high water reduction rate, high reinforcement and no air entrainment. It is suitable for preparing various early strength, high strength, steam curing and flow concrete.

Chemical properties: This product is brown or dark brown powder. Soluble in water. Acid, alkali and hard water resistance. It has good diffusivity and is more resistant to high temperature than diffusing agent NNO. Prevent moisture absorption during storage.

Uses: it is commonly used as dispersant and filler of bulk dyes, reactive dyes and pesticides, tanning agent of leather, water reducer of cement concrete for construction, water reducer of oil well cement, etc.
