1. Ingredient: Ferrous Sulfate

3. Properties: dull blue-green monoclinic crystalline powder or particles, odorless, with salty astringent taste. It will be weathered in dry air. It is easy to oxidize into brown yellow basic ferric sulfate in humid air. The pH value of 10% aqueous solution is about 3.7. When heated to 70-73 ℃, three molecules of water will be lost; when heated to 80-123 ℃, six molecules of water will be lost; when heated to above 156 ℃, it will be transformed into basic ferric sulfate. Easily soluble in water (1.0g/1.5ml, 25 ℃ or 1.0g/0.5ml boiling water). Insoluble in ethanol.
4. Scope and amount of use:
When used as a nutritional supplement, it is added at 120-240mg/kg in cereals and their products, 50-100mg/kg in beverages, 960mg/kg in high-speed iron cereals and their products, 300-500mg/kg in dairy products and infant food Add 3000-6000mg/kg in salt and sandwich sugar and 11-12mg/kg (calculated by iron) in cocoa powder and other nutritious solid drinks. When used as flocculant, it is mainly used for beverage water treatment and beer processing technology.
5. Precautions: it shall be stored in a dry, ventilated and clean warehouse and shall not be stacked in the open air. During transportation, it shall be protected from the sun and rain, moisture and heat. It shall be handled with care during loading and unloading to prevent package damage. It shall be separated from toxic substances during storage.
