Water soluble redispersible emulsion powder based on VAC / E can give the mortar the following properties after application of mortar

Product features:

· Improve constructability.

· Improve the sealing and waterproof performance, and the rubber powder forms a film at the capillary hole wall and microcrack.

· Improve the bonding strength with the interface, the rubber powder forms a film at the interface and improves the intermolecular force.

· Improve cohesion, and the rubber powder forms a film between hydration products, cement mortar capillary wall and micro cracks.

· To improve the flexibility and deformation capacity of mortar, the adhesive film can reduce the elastic modulus, bridge the micro cracks in mortar and the interface between cementitious material and aggregate.

usage method:

Add redispersible latex powder to the powder and mix evenly. According to the performance requirements and application effect, the recommended dosage is 1 ~ 5% of the total weight of dry mixture.

Packaging and storage:

This product is packed in 20kg valve mouth paper bag and should be stored in a cool place to prevent moisture. Since this product is thermoplastic, it should be stored in a high temperature environment to avoid pressure, otherwise there will be a risk of caking. The storage time shall not exceed 6 months from delivery and shipment.
