Physical and chemical properties: Red crystals or particles, deliquescence, relative density 1.88, melting point 55-56 ℃. Easy to dissolve in water and alcohol, soluble in acetone, oxidizing, can cause fire or explosion when in contact with flammable materials, toxic when inhaled, swallowed or in contact with skin.
Usage: Ceramic coloring agent, paint drying agent, antidote for cyanide poisoning, reagent for analyzing and determining potassium, cobalt containing catalyst, cobalt pigment, and preparation of other cobalt salts.
