3, Specificity: the composition of a mixture of different calcium phosphate, roughly composed of 10CaO, 3P2O5, H2O, molecular weight of 1004.64. White amorphous powder, odorless,tasteless. Relative density 3.18. Difficult to dissolve in water, soluble in dilute hydrochloric acid and nitric acid. Stable in the air.
4, Usage: In food industry, it is used as leavening agent, dough regulator, buffer,modifier, curing agent, nutritional supplement, chelate agent, flulty and so on. Used as fermentation agent, buffering agent and curing agent (gelation) for bread and biscuit, as modifier for yeast food and meat. To improve saccharification and fermentation in brewing, improve the ability of fermentation.
5, Packing: Packed with polyethylene plastic bag as liner, and woven bag as the outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.
