    L-Glutamic acid is one of the important products the amino acid series. It is widely used in medical, chemical and food industries.

A. Main Uses in medicine: It is used for one of materials of essential factor meals as dietary supplement on clinical use and used as one of components in the composition of amino acid infusion.
