Chemical property：Blue powder. Insoluble in water, acetone, ethanol, toluene and xylene, slightly soluble in chloroform and pyridine and soluble in o-chlorophenol. It is red in concentrated sulfuric acid and produces fluorescent olive green precipitation after dilution. It is red light brown in alkaline solution of insurance powder and yellow light brown in acidic solution.

Uses：Vat Blue 4 is mainly used for dyeing cotton fiber with good levelness and affinity. It can also be used for dyeing viscose fiber, silk, Uygur cotton, polyester cotton and disperse dyes in the same bath. Vat Blue 4 is mostly used for color matching, such as gray, brown, dark green, dark blue and so on.

Properties

Reduced blue RSN is mainly used for cotton fiber staining and cotton printing, and is also used for two bath lariat dyeing of kapok and washed cotton fabric. The stained mucinous fibers are lighter colored. It can be spliced blue and dark gray with reduced blue, brown and olive, etc. Also used for the manufacture of pigments for ink.

Appearance
