OAB-40 has mild performance, good foaming and foam stabilization, and can reduce the irritation of anionic surfactants; it has good compatibility with anionic, cationic, nonionic and amphoteric surfactants.

OAB-40 has good antistatic properties, antibacterial properties, good biodegradability, very low biological toxicity; strog salt resistance and hard water resistance.

OAB-40 is used as a thickener, conditioner, wetting agent, antibacterial agent, antistatic agent, etc. in daily chemicals or other industrial fields. It can also be used as the main agent, thickening agent, viscoelastic surfactant, oil-displacing agent of self-diverting acid in oil and gas fields;

The ultra-low interfacial tension between OAB-40 and crude oil can reach the order of 10-3mN·m-1. As a chemical oil displacing agent, it has a broad prospect. In salt solutions or acid solutions with different pH values, the concentration of hydrochloric acid continues to decrease. With the increase of PH value, the viscosity of the system increases rapidly, forming viscoelastic solutions or gels of different strengths, which are used as cleaning fracturing fluid, self-steering acid, and main agent of viscoelastic surfactant (VES).

OAB-40 is used in self-returning acid system, and plays the role of mucous acid, self-returning acid and retarded acid. Applied in the diversion acidification of heterogeneous reservoirs, the acid system will automatically become viscous with the acid-rock reaction, which has the effect of diversion and acidification, and will not cause secondary damage to the formation.

OAB-40 is used in the viscoelastic surfactant (VES) system, with easy preparation and easy construction, high viscosity, high elasticity, automatic steering, low friction, reduced acid fluid loss, strong stability (salt resistance), easy to return It has the advantages of no residue and no damage to the formation.

OAB-40 has a temperature resistance of about 60°C. It is an ideal viscoelastic surfactant for heterogeneous reservoirs in medium and low temperature oil and gas reservoirs and medium and low permeability reservoirs for stimulation and improvement operations.

OAB-40 can be used in oil and gas field drilling, acidification, fracturing, oil displacement and other fields, and has achieved good results in many oil fields at home and abroad.
