Product Description:
Coagulant for Paint fog is generally composed of agent a and agent B. Agent a is a special treatment agent for decomposing and removing all kinds of paint stickiness. Its main component is a unique organic polymer. It is especially suitable for adding in the circulating water system of the paint booth to decompose and remove the residual paint stickiness. At the same time, it removes the heavy metals in the paint in the water and keeps the activity of the circulating water unchanged, so that the circulation is not easy to produce odor. At the same time, it can reduce the content of COD and the cost of wastewater treatment. Agent B is a special high molecular polymer, which can agglomerate and suspend the paint slag to achieve the effect of complete floating, which is convenient for complete removal.

Application scope:
It is mainly applied to the treatment of Circulating Wastewater in the process of coating and painting in machinery manufacturing industry.
Usage method:
1. It is recommended to thoroughly clean the tank and change the water before using the product, so that the effect will be better. After changing the water, adjust the pH value of the water quality with sodium hydroxide in the range of 8 ~ 10, and ensure that the pH of the overall circulating water can be between 7 ~ 8 after adding paint mist coagulant A and B.
2. After changing the water, add paint mist coagulant a every morning at the place where the circulating water flow in the spray room is relatively rapid (i.e. at the pump motor in the spray room); After adding the product, the production and painting shall be carried out as usual, and the paint mist coagulant agent B shall be added before going off duty to salvage the paint residue at ordinary times (i.e. paint gathering tank); The suspended paint residue can be salvaged after work.
3. Product addition ratio: the ratio of agent a and agent B is 1:1. Whenever the spraying amount of circulating water in the spraying room reaches 20 ~ 25 kg, add 2 ~ 3 kg respectively when diluting the paint. (this ratio is an estimated value, and the actual amount needs to be slightly adjusted according to the type and viscosity of the paint on site. Because the original adsorbed old paint blocks in the spray room pipeline will consume some products, the amount added at the initial stage of addition should be slightly larger)
4. Usually, the products can be added manually or automatically by the metering addition pump. The liquid flow speed and displacement of the metering pump can be adjusted according to the overspray amount (generally, the addition amount is 10 ~ 15% of the overspray amount).
Storage and packaging:
1. This product should be stored in a cool place and avoid direct sunlight. The shelf life of agent a and agent B is 6 months and 1 month respectively.
2. This product is packed in 50kg or 1000kg plastic barrels.
