With advanced technology and flexible operation, it is suitable for producing series and significantly differentiated products to meet the needs of users for different purposes. With high concentration of hydrochloric acid as the medium, uniform chlorination, good flexibility and high whiteness, it is especially suitable for the application of high-end plastic and rubber products. All by-product hydrochloric acid is recycled, which is a clean and environment-friendly technology.

Raw material guarantee

The annual production capacity of chlorite is 120000 tons, which can guarantee the supply of chlorite; Over the years, Yaxing has formed a close strategic cooperative relationship with Korea Lotte Chemical Co., Ltd., one of the z-largest PE manufacturers in Korea; At the same time, Yaxing has established a good supply relationship with other PE special material suppliers at home and abroad, which provides a solid raw material guarantee for Yaxing to continuously develop new CPE brands required by the market.

process control

Yaxing adopts the world's Z advanced SIMATIC PCS 7 control system of German Siemens, and realizes the comprehensive control of multiple parameters through single channel PID regulation or multi loop cascade regulation, so that the whole process control process can be carried out accurately according to the preset program. For example, the fluctuation range of reaction temperature, the key control index of CPE production, can be controlled within ± 0.1 ℃, ensuring weipren ® All technical indexes of CPE products fully meet the set requirements.

Equipment level

The main equipment used in the production of Yaxing chlorinated polyethylene, such as chlorination kettle, flat filter, centrifuge, dryer and grinding, are all imported from Germany. The unique 60m3 enamel reactor, stirring and frequency conversion system ensure the stable and orderly reaction. The flat filter and centrifuge made of special materials efficiently realize the continuous operation of deacidification, water washing and centrifugation. Antistatic vertical airflow drying system and grinding system ensure the stability and uniformity of products.

1、 Weipren ® Application of resin

◆ PVC modification field

WEIPREN ® As an excellent impact modifier with high cost performance, resin is widely used in the production of hard plastic products such as hard plastic profiles, pipes, pipe fittings and plates, as well as building exterior wall cladding board, building anti-corrosion and moisture-proof thin-walled board. WEIPREN ® Resin can promote the plasticization of PVC, improve the processing performance, greatly improve the impact strength of products, and significantly improve its low temperature and weather resistance.

◆ flame retardant ABS field

WEIPREN ® Resin itself is a flame retardant material with excellent compatibility with flame retardant. In the formula of flame retardant ABS, it can reduce the use of flame retardant and improve the filling performance without reducing the impact resistance of flame retardant products. The number of copies added shall be determined according to the specific equipment process and the specific index requirements of customers (recommended number of copies: 5 ~ 15). Weipren2135 developed by Yaxing has good thermal stability, moderate fluidity, high filling property and good compatibility with ABS. It is suitable for application in the field of flame retardant ABS.

WEIPREN ® Resin 7030 has extremely high filling property for ferrite magnetic particles. The magnetic materials made of resin 7030 have super magnetic attraction, and rubber products have good low-temperature flexibility and extensibility. It is widely used as refrigerator sealing strip, magnetic plate, magnetic strip and other products. Using weipren ® Resin has high heat resistance and can also be made into magnetic components of electromechanical products.

As an excellent elastomer, weipren ® Resin can be directly used to produce soft products. No or less plasticizer can be added in the formula, and the soft products produced have particularly good weather resistance and long service life. It avoids the deterioration of physical and chemical properties of traditional PVC soft products due to the migration of a large number of plasticizers, and greatly prolongs the service life of soft products. It is widely used in waterproof roll, shoe material, plastic wire, sealing strip, tarpaulin, canopy and other soft products.

WEIPREN ® In the structure of resin, the similar molecular segments determine its good compatibility with general plastics such as PE. After filling, it can effectively reduce the hardness of plastic products, improve weather resistance, ozone aging resistance and flame retardancy.
