Features

1. The color-fixing working solution has less color fading, which can effectively avoid the occurrence of light peeling and color change;

2. The color of the fabric treated with this product becomes smaller, which does not affect the original style of the fabric;

3. The rubbing fastness, soaping fastness and perspiration fastness of the treated fabric are significantly improved;

4. Outstanding alkali resistance, which can be used in the mercerizing process of cotton after color fixing;

5. Does not contain formaldehyde, in line with environmental protection performance;

6, resistant to chlorine bleaching.

Instructions

Before fixation, rinse dyed fabrics (soap if necessary) to remove residue

Existing dyes, salts and alkalis to ensure the subsequent color fixing effect.

Highly concentrated products can be diluted 3-5 times. Recommended general dosage and procedure:

1. Dipping method:

Fixative WPB : 1- 3% o.w.f

Bath ratio: 1:8～15

Temperature & Time: 40～50℃× 15～20min

Dyeing cloth → immersed in working solution of 40～50℃, running for 20～30min → washing → drying

2. Padding method:

Fixing agent WPB: 10-30 g/l

Dyeing cloth → room temperature, one dipping and one rolling working solution → setting.

Packaging and Storage

125kg/barrel, sealed and stored at room temperature, the shelf life is 6 months
