The infrared view of iron oxide is bright and pure jujube red powder. Due to different production methods and operating conditions, its crystal structure and physical properties are very different. The color changes from orange light to blue light to purple light, with great hiding power and coloring power. The density is 5-5.25. It has superior light and high temperature resistance, atmospheric influence, dirty gas and all alkalis. It is gradually dissolved in concentrated acid only when heated.
Purpose:
1. In the prefabricated parts and building products of various concrete materials (such as color cement, color cement floor tiles, color cement tiles, imitation glazed tiles, concrete floor tiles, color mortar, color asphalt, etc.), they are directly mixed into cement as pigments or colorants.
2. Apply to indoor and outdoor color concrete surfaces, such as walls, floors, ceilings, pillars, porches, roads, parking lots, stairs, stations, etc;
3. It is applied to various building ceramics and glazed ceramics, such as face tiles, floor tiles, roof tiles, panels, terrazzo, mosaic tiles, artificial marble, etc.
4. Coloring and protective substances applied to various coatings, paints and inks, including water-based interior and exterior wall coatings, powder coatings, etc., and oily paints, including epoxy, alkyd, amino and other primers and topcoats, as well as toy paint, decorative paint, furniture paint, electrophoretic paint and enamel paint.
5. It is used as colorant and filler in various plastic products (such as thermosetting plastics, thermoplastics, etc.) and rubber products (such as automobile inner tube, aircraft inner tube, bicycle inner tube, etc.).
6. It is used for coloring all kinds of cosmetics, medicine, food, paper and leather.
7. It is used in construction, rubber, plastic, coating and other industries. In particular, iron red primer has anti rust function, which can replace high price red lead paint and save non-ferrous metals.
8. As an advanced fine grinding material, it is applied to the polishing of precision hardware instruments and optical glass.
9. High purity iron oxide red is the main base material of powder metallurgy, which is used to smelt various magnetic alloys and high-grade alloy steel.
