It can inhibit the synthesis of cell wall, make the cell content expand to break and dissolve, and kill bacteria. It is effective for a variety of gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria (such as Staphylococcus, pasteurella and Escherichia coli). Pseudomonas and Proteus are usually resistant. It is very important to keep the plasma concentration higher than mic. Prolonging the interval of administration or missing administration will reduce the therapeutic effect. The dosage and interval of administration were determined according to the infection site, severity and pathogen. In severe or acute infection, the dose can be doubled or the administration frequency can be increased. This product is toxic to rabbits and can only be used in special indications.
