The clay minerals in the reservoir have negative charges on their surface, which are easily attracted by the positively charged hydrogen ions in the water to expand and peel off, and block up when the water moves to the pore roar; When fracturing and acidizing are used in oil-water wells, due to the invasion of foreign liquid, the clay minerals of the reservoir are also damaged, even more serious than that of clean water.

Therefore, stabilizing the clay minerals in the reservoir and reducing the expansion and spalling of clay by clean water and foreign liquid will improve the operation effect, prolong the stable working period of oil and water wells and improve the oilfield development effect.

Lsz-49 clay stabilizer is a small cationic chemical, which integrates the characteristics of other clay stabilizers. It has the characteristics of strong scouring resistance, no coating effect, high anti swelling rate and long shelf life.

Product features:

1. It can eliminate and prevent the hydration expansion and dispersion migration of clay minerals caused by the contact between the oil layer and external water in the drilling, completion, workover, acidizing, fracturing and water injection drilling and production processes of the oil field, and form a single molecule adsorption film on the clay surface to stabilize the clay minerals for a long time and effectively protect the oil and gas reservoir.

2. Enhance the strength of unconsolidated sandstone reservoir and improve the reservoir with clay expansion.

Usage method:

1. The dosage of this product is 0.3-1.5%. Users can also determine the dosage according to their needs.

2. According to the designed amount of clay stabilizer, slowly add the product under the condition of mixing, and mix it evenly.

Packaging and storage:

200 kg plastic drums or 1000 kg IBC drums are used for packaging.

This product should be stored in a dry and ventilated environment with a shelf life of 12 months at room temperature.
