2. Product characteristics
Methyl vinyl silicone rubber is a colorless, transparent, non-toxic and odorless colloid. An appropriate amount of reinforcing agent, structure control agent and vulcanizing agent (or catalyst and crosslinking agent) are added to the raw rubber to make the mixed rubber. The compound can be processed into various silicone rubber products by molding, extrusion and casting. Silicone rubber vulcanizate has excellent high and low temperature resistance and can be used for a long time in the temperature range of - 60 ~ 250 ℃. It has weather aging resistance, ozone resistance, radiation resistance and good chemical stability.
