COD Remover

Cod remover is a new type of chemical agent specially developed for the difficult removal of SS COD in wastewater of various industries. It has obvious effect on the removal of COD. When used with other products, the effect is better. The COD is stable and can meet the national discharge standard. It is suitable for the treatment of any cod wastewater.

Action mechanism

Cod remover removes organic matter in wastewater through adsorption, chelation, flocculation and sedimentation, and precipitates and separates it

Scope of application

(2) It is applicable to all kinds of industrial wastewater, including ink, packaging and printing, auto parts, machinery, painting, surface treatment, coating, paint, electroplating, papermaking, food, printing and dyeing, bleaching and dyeing, tanning and other wastewater treatment processes;

Application characteristics

5. The purification effect of micro polluted, algae containing, low temperature and low turbidity raw water is remarkable, especially for high turbidity raw water.

Usage method

When in use, the product can be directly added and pumped to the reaction tank, callback tank or discharge port.

The applicable pH value range is wide (4 ~ 11), and the dosage is about 20 ~ 500ppm. The dosage varies according to the refractory COD content in the wastewater (i.e. the COD content at the outlet after the current treatment). The specific dosage is generally determined by experiment.

During the experiment, take a certain amount of wastewater (such as callback pool water and drainage water), add an appropriate amount of COD remover, stir for 15 seconds, measure the COD value and determine the dosage.

The reaction speed is fast, so it can be directly added at the discharge port.
