Trans-4-aminocyclohexanol is a raw material for organic synthesis and an important intermediate for the synthesis of ambroxol hydrochloride and other drugs. 4-aminocyclohexyl butyrate was prepared by reacting with butyric acid - (2-chloroethyl ester). The reaction requires catalyst Aspergillus niger lipase and solvent 2-methyl-butanol.
