2. Chemical composition the chemical composition of TZM alloy powder shall comply with the provisions in Table 1

3. The particle size of Fisher is 1.0mm ~ 4.0mm.

4. Loose density: the loose density is 0.8g/cm3 ~ 1.2g/cm3.

5. Appearance quality: the product is dark gray powder with uniform particle size, loose without agglomeration and no obvious impurities visible to the naked eye.

Properties

TZM molybdenum alloy has excellent comprehensive properties and is widely used as high temperature molybdenum alloy. TZM molybdenum alloy is mainly used for high temperature components in aerospace technology, such as rocket nozzle throat lining, flight rudder splint, etc. TZM alloy is also widely used as metal hot working die with temperature > 1000 ℃, such as die casting, extrusion die, etc
