Product Introduction
This product is a corrosion inhibitor of copper. It can be used as a metal deactivator in the lubricants, and has great extrusion and anti-wear properties.T561 has the excellent oil solubility, copper corrosion inhibition and oxidation resistance, which can greatly improve the oxidation resistance of Daqing paraffin base oil when used in internal combustion engine oil. It can also be used in the two-stroke petrol engine oil to improve the anti-swelling performance of the oil.

Usage
Metal deactivator T561 can capture the active sulfur in the oil and inhibit the corrosion of the metal.For it contains polysulfur chains, it can form a sulfide film onto the metal surface, which effectively inhibits the catalytic effect of metal ions in the oil. T561 is a very effective lubricant additive with the improvement of the oil performance. Adding 0.03-0.05% T561 metal deactivator into the formula of alkaline and high zinc antiwear hydraulic oil, the oil can pass the Denison HF-2 hydrolytic stability test. When 0.4-0.5% T561 metal deactivator is added to the internal combustion engine oil formulation, the TFOUT induction period of the oil can be increased by more than 60min. In addition, T561 metal deactivator can also be used in industrial gear oil, turbine oil, gasoline oil, emulsified oil and other oil products.
