107 Room Vulcanized Silicone Rubber

Features and uses:

1. The product can be vulcanized into an elastomer at room temperature after adding an appropriate amount of cross-linking agent and catalyst, fully mixing it evenly. The vulcanized silicone rubber has excellent high and low temperature resistance and can be used for a long time at -60℃～+250℃. Excellent dielectric properties, water repellency, moisture resistance, aging resistance, and excellent electrical insulation. Acid, alkali, solvent performance is poor. It is used for insulation, moisture-proof and shock-proof sealing and potting of electronic components, as well as building caulking and sealing, molding of rubber and plastic products and handicrafts, ablation-resistant coatings, impression materials, release agents, etc.

2. Using suitable emulsifier and emulsifying process, this product can make fabric smoothing agent with smoothing effect.

3. It is used as the main raw material in RTV silicone rubber, defoamer, pressure-sensitive adhesive and silicone products.

4. Due to the good electrical insulation properties of silicone, it can be used as an insulating moisture-proof, shock-proof and heat-resistant perfusion sealing material for electronic components and assemblies such as radios, electronic instruments, and semiconductors.

5. It can be used as a rubber roller material in the automobile and machinery industries.

6. It can be used as a wool and cashmere smoothing agent in the textile industry.

7. Caulking and sealing materials in the construction industry.

8. For two-component silicone rubber, it has very good mold release, especially, suitable for making molds and impression materials.
