The flame retardant can be used for flame retardant finishing of fabrics, furniture, automobiles, toys and other industries
Pad dyeing: 60-200g/L
1. Dissolve enough in water, and the aqueous solution should be buffered to about 6~6.5. 10% solution available with phosphoric acid
Disodium or 0.3~0.35 g/l sodium carbonate buffer. If necessary, add 1.0~3.0 g/l wetting agent.
2. Padding 40~70% → drying (100~130oC 1-2 minutes) → drying (190~205oC 0.5-1.5 minutes)
3. Rinse thoroughly with cold water to remove any surface chemicals that may affect the feel of the fabric, and finally dry
