[ Introduction ]:

Nadroparin calcium is a new antithrombotic drug, which is obtained by depolymerizing heparin extracted from pig intestinal mucosa and degrading it with nitrite;

The weight average molecular weight of nadroparin calcium is 3600 ~ 5000, the mass percentage of oligosaccharide with molecular weight < 2000 is not more than 15%, the mass percentage of oligosaccharide with molecular weight 2000 ~ 4000 is 35 ~ 55%, the mass percentage of oligosaccharide with molecular weight 2000 ~ 8000 is 75 ~ 95%, the titer of anti XA factor per mg is 95 ~ 130iu, and the ratio of anti XA to anti IIA is 2.5 ~ 4.0;

Nadroparin calcium catalyzes the inactivation of coagulation factors IIA, Xa, IXA, Xia and XIIa by binding with antithrombin III (AT-III), which mainly plays an anticoagulant role by inhibiting Xa.
