2. The product brand is divided into two brands according to the chemical composition:

Grade 1: (16 ~ 18) mm × 60mm × LMM (pressed size), weight (1.0 ~ 2.0) kg

Grade 2: (22 ~ 33) mm × （150～180）mm × LMM (sintering size), weight (5.0 ~ 17.0) kg

Brand 3: the weight is more than 17kg, and the specific sintering size is shown in the contract.

3 chemical composition the chemical composition of the product shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. Molybdenum content is determined by impurity reduction method.

4. Appearance quality

4.1 the surface of the product is silver gray metallic luster.

4.2 there shall be no water absorption on the product surface.

5. Surface quality

5.1 the product surface shall be free of over melting, bubbling, delamination, crack, serious oxidation, contamination, etc; There shall be no edge or corner falling with length greater than 8mm, width greater than 3mm and depth greater than 1mm.

5.2 the bending degree of specification 1 shall not be greater than 2mm, and the bending degree of specification 2 and specification 3 shall not be greater than 20mm.

5.3 during the sintering process, the traces formed by the contact between slabs and between slabs and boats are not considered as physical defects.

5.4 allowable deviation of product size: the maximum allowable deviation of thickness is ± 10%, and the maximum allowable deviation of width and length is ± 5%.

6. Physical properties

6.1 hardness (HRA): ≥ 47.

6.2 density: ≥ 9.60g/cm3.

6.3 number of cross-section grains: more than 1000 grains / mm2, and the grain size shall not be less than grade 2.

8. packing products are packed in wooden boxes or cartons with foam partitions inside. In addition to the product quality certificate, there should be words or signs such as "moisture-proof", "fragile" and "upward" on each box.
