Product Description:

1. Suitable for whitening and brightening of polyester and its blended fabrics and acetate fibers;

2. It is not only suitable for exhaustion dyeing, but also suitable for pad dyeing process;

4. For reductant, oxidant and hypochlorous acid compounds, they are relatively stable;

Usage method:

1. High temperature exhaustion dyeing process: Formula: fluorescent brightener Er-1 0.1-0.6% o.w.f dispersant: 0.5-1g/1 acetic acid adjusting pH = 5-6 process: 120-130 ℃ x20-30 minutes

2. Continuous pad dyeing process: Formula: fluorescent brightener Er-1 1-6g / L other additives: XG / L process: 180-190 ℃ x 30-60 seconds
