Xl-628A is a high molecular polar resin. The coating film has high barrier and no adhesion. It is suitable for the surface coating of medical PVC hard films and food films. It has high barrier performance to oxygen, easy to apply, good coating transparency, taste and fragrance preservation, moisture and mildew prevention.

Product purpose:

The product has a wide range of uses and excellent performance, especially in the coating of food packaging film, which meets the requirements of food hygiene.

Main application fields: cheese, soup, snacks, cooking bags, medical packaging, dry food packaging, biscuits and cereals, pet food, stretched upper and lower films, sauces, meat products, liquid packaging, bean products packaging and other fields.

Product features:

The waterborne emulsion film has the advantages of high impact strength, no crack generation, good barrier property, no harmful substances dissolved, direct contact with food, high thermal stability and strong yellowing resistance.

It can delay the occurrence of oxidative deterioration of food, greatly prolong the shelf life of products, avoid the loss of internal fragrance and prevent the invasion of external bad smell; Using its moisture resistance, it can prevent the product from drying out and poor taste, and will not damage the packaging prototype due to product water absorption, so as to prevent the natural loss of quantitative products. It has excellent weather resistance. Even if it is exposed outdoors for a long time and directly exposed to the sun, the packaging will not fade and age.

Matters needing attention:

The products shall be stored separately by batch number to prevent mixing of batch numbers. They shall be stored in a dry and well ventilated warehouse to prevent freezing and sunlight.

The products shall be loaded and unloaded with care during storage and transportation, and shall not be placed upside down or horizontally. The stacking of packaging barrels shall not exceed three layers.
