Tellurium diethyldithiocarbamate, referred to as TDEC, belongs to dithiocarbamate rapid vulcanization accelerator. It is a super accelerator with high activity. It is commonly used in rapid vulcanization and low-temperature vulcanization products. It can be directly added to rubber without causing scorch. For example, when used in natural rubber, EPDM, butyl rubber and styrene butadiene rubber, it can not only improve its vulcanization efficiency, reduce energy consumption, but also improve the foaming uniformity and mechanical strength of products. TDEC is mainly used in the downstream sealing parts and other industries of the rubber industry, especially in high-end rubber products.
