Properties:This product is colorless or white crystal. It is easy to deliquesce when exposed to humid air and easily weathered in dry air, showing white powder. The specific gravity of this product is 1.45, the melting point is 58 ℃, and the crystalline water is lost at 123 ℃ and becomes anhydrous sodium acetate. This product is easily soluble in water and slightly soluble in ethanol.

Solubility: soluble in water, weakly alkaline. Slightly soluble in ethanol.

Uses: It is mainly used in printing and dyeing industry, medicine, photography, electroplating, chemical reagent and organic synthesis. Specification: woven bag lined with white plastic bag, each bag is 25kg.

Properties

This product is used as a buffer of seasoning agent and meat preservative in food production, to control the sticky phenomenon caused by fungi in bread production, and to preserve grains with high water content. This product can also be used as textile printing and dyeing auxiliaries (mordants), buffers for photographic industry, chemical reagents and pharmaceutical intermediates. It can also be used as raw materials for the synthesis of organic chemical products, such as furan acrylic acid, acetate, chloroacetic acid, acetic anhydride and cinnamic acid.
