Technical requirements:

B C viscosity of 1% aqueous solution. D E viscosity of aqueous solution with mass fraction of 2%.

The mass fraction of arsenic (as), lead (PB) and heavy metals (calculated by Pb) are mandatory requirements.

When the viscosity (mass fraction of 2% aqueous solution) ≥ 2000mPa · s, it should be measured with 1% aqueous solution.

Physical and chemical properties:

· Appearance: white or yellowish powder, odorless and tasteless.

· Particle size: 80 mesh, passing rate greater than 98.5%.

· Bulk density: 0.2-0.65g/cm3.

· Thermal stability: discoloration temperature 227 ℃, carbonization temperature 252 ℃.

· Water solubility: easy to disperse in water into transparent colloidal liquid, insoluble in organic solvents such as ethanol.

· Surface tension: the surface tension of 2% aqueous solution is 71dyn / cm.

It is very stable and dispersive as emulsion thickening.

· It has good compatibility with other water-soluble adhesives, softeners and resins.

· The compatibility of this product with strong acid, strong alkali and heavy metal ions (such as aluminum, zinc, mercury, silver, iron, etc.) is taboo.

· It has no pharmacological effect, non-toxic and harmless to physiology.

Main purpose:

This product has the functions of adhesion, suspension, thickening, emulsification and slow release. It is used as suspending agent and emulsifier in liquid preparations, and is used as gel matrix in semi-solid products. It is used as adhesive, disintegrating agent and sustained-release excipient in tablets. It is used in food, lactic acid, fruit acid beverage, petroleum, geology, construction, coating, papermaking, ceramics, textile, printing and dyeing, toothpaste, silk, detergent and other industries.

Dissolution and application method:

1. With constant stirring, slowly add CMC into water until it is completely dissolved.

2. Take a predetermined amount of 50% water, heat it to about 60 ℃, slowly add CMC under full stirring, and finally add the remaining water to completely dissolve it.

Precautions for packaging, storage and transportation:

Lined with polyethylene plastic bags or cardboard barrels, each bag (barrel) has a net weight of 25kg and is sealed for storage. It shall be protected from sun, rain and moisture during storage and transportation.
