Application Of Antioxidant 7PPD：
The product does not produce nitroso compounds when added to rubber. It is a new generation of green environmental protection rubber antioxidant. This product has strong anti ozone and anti-oxidation properties, so the compound has good high-temperature fatigue resistance and flexure resistance. It has good compatibility with rubber, so it will not spray frost even at high concentration, or it is not easy to separate out from the rubber, which can prevent the catalytic degradation of harmful metals such as copper and manganese. The dosage is generally 0.3-0.5%.

Storage Of Antioxidant 7PPD：
Store away from direct sunlight and keep air circulation. If the tank is heated for storage (more than 35℃), nitrogen sealing shall be carried out. Prevent oxidation of the product and reduce the anti oxygen effect. The products stored in the heating tank shall be circulated continuously, which is conducive to uniform temperature, reduce the scaling of heating elements, and maintain the stability of product quality to a large extent.
