Yarong Bio-TCPP Flame Retardant
1) General description and application
•TCPP is a chlorinated phosphate flame retardant, usually used for rigid polyurethane foam (PUR and PIR) and flexible polyurethane foam.
•TCPP, sometimes referred to as TMCP, is an additive flame retardant that can be added to either of the two sides by a combination of urethane or isocyanurate to achieve long-term stability.
• In the application of rigid foam, TCPP is widely used as part of the flame retardant to make the formulation meet the most basic fire protection standards such as DIN 4102 (B1/B2), EN 13823 (SBI, B), GB/T 8626- 88 (B1/B2), ASTM E84-00.
• In the application of soft foam, the combination of TCPP and melamine can reach the BS 5852 crib 5 standard.

4) Handling and transportation instructions
• This product can be loaded in containers (max. 25 tons), tonnage boxes (1000 liters) and drums (200 liters / 55 US gallons).
• The product must be placed in a dry, cool place, avoid sun exposure and away from moisture and water pollution. Please follow good hygiene and safety procedures when handling. Use in a ventilated place.
• In order to prevent leakage, please put in a chemical waste container to absorb inert materials. Prevent it from flowing into water sources and waterways.
