Product Performance characteristics

1、Low alkali content,stable quality.liquid has no crystallization in normal temperature.

2﹑Less dosage,high water reducing,can be mixed to make different level pumping  concrete.

Scope of application

Can be used to produce pumping concrete﹑self-leveling concrete﹑large volume concrete from C15-100.

Recommended range ofdosage

On base of solid，recommended dosage as following:（on base of cement materials）：

1、wpc（20％）：0.8～1.4%

2、wpc（40％）：0.4～0.7%

to get best dosage by test according to the adaptability of admixture and cement materials.

Packing

Liquid can be loaded into plastic barrel with 200kg or 1000kg, also can be loaded into 20 mt flexibag.

Storage conditionsand period of validity

The storage container must be not made by metal.it is better by glass or   plastic.avoid sunshine and stored DO NOT stored with frost.

The validity is 6 month.if overdue ,before use make test to be sure.

Method of use

1﹑After accurate metering，well stirred with mater.if possible,added later can get better performance.

2﹑if first time to use this product or cement or other material changed,must make test to firm the best dosage again.

Matters needing attention

1、When mixed with other admixture, must be careful for their interaction.make test before use.cannot be mixed with naphthalene superpasticizer,must clear the storage if change admixture.

2、Its color can be easily changed if stored in metal container or metal contacted.

3、WPC is high performance water reducing agent, its dosage can wildly effect the concrete performance.customers should pay more attention to the accurate metering.

4、When use liquid, must less the water inside of it for total amount.

Safety

This product is light alkali liquid,No toxic,No corrosion,but do not eat, once splashed into skin,wash immediately with plenty of water and seek medical treatment.
