JS-103 is a new generation of high-performance polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer prepared from methyl allyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether macromonomer by free radical polymerization, it is containing 50% solid content. It has a higher water reduction rate and a certain slump protection function, to ensure the excellent working performance of concrete, higher strength and excellent durability, mainly used for export, and transport distance is relatively long for mother liquor customers.

HOW TO USE
1. This product is a colorless or light yellow liquid. recommended dosage as below: generally, 5%-30% of the mother liquor is used to mix other small materials to make a water-reducing agent. The dosage of the water-reducing agents is generally 1% ~ 3% of the total weight of cementitious materials.
2. Before use of this product or changing the type and batch of cement and gravel, it is necessary to carry out an adaptability test with cement and gravel. According to the test, formulate the proportion of water-reducing agents.
3. This product can be used alone or combined with slow-release mother liquor to reduce concrete slump loss (compared with JS-101B, the usage amount of slow-release mother liquor needs to be reduced); Or compound with functional auxiliaries to get admixtures with retarder/early strength/antifreeze/pumping functions. The application method and conditions should be determined by testing and compounding technology.
4. This product can be used together with other kinds of admixtures such as early strength agent, air entraining agent, retarder, etc., and should be tested before use. Do not mix with the naphthalene series water reducer.
5. Concrete cement and mix ratio should be determined by the test, When using, mixed and measured water should be added or added to the concrete mixer at the same time. Before use, the mixing test should be carried out to ensure the quality of the concrete.
6. When there are active admixtures such as fly ash and slag in the ratio of concrete, the amount of water-reducing agent should be calculated as the total amount of cementitious materials.
