Iron Nitrate
Molecular formula: Fe (NO3) 3 · 9H2O
Molecular weight: 404.01
CAS Number: 7782-61-8
Physical and chemical properties: light purple crystal, easily deliquescent. Relative density 1.68, melting point 47.2 ℃, decomposes when heated to 125 ℃. Soluble in water, ethanol, and acetone, slightly soluble in nitric acid, and has oxidizing properties. Water solution can be decomposed by ultraviolet radiation into ferrous nitrate and oxygen. Contact with flammable materials can cause combustion and be irritating to the skin.
Usage: Iron nitrate is commonly used as a catalyst, mordant, color developer, weighting agent, corrosion inhibitor, and metal surface treatment agent.
Packaging: 25kg inner plastic outer woven bag packaging, or according to customer requirements.
Execution standard: Q/XYLH 003-2018
