Acrylamide (AM) is developed through advanced microbiological method. Compare with traditional technique, AM produced through this method has features of high purity, fine activity and high polymer molecule weight.
CAS: 79-06-1; molecular formula: C3H5ON; molecular weight:71.09;
It is white crystal; melting point: 84℃; boiling point: 125℃; relative density: 1.127(20/4℃); soluble in water, ethyl alcohol, acetone, diethyl ether and methyl chloroform; lightly soluble in methyl benzene; insoluble in benzene; stable under room temperature.
AM aqueous solution is colorless or light yellow transparent liquid.

High purity, low iron ion content, no copper ion;
Its reactant, AN, has no by-product, inorganic salt and residue impurity.
It is used as copolymer and homopolymer of high molecular weight.
It is widely applied in oil exploitation, medical, metallurgy, paper-making, coating, textile, water treatment, soil improvement, seed pelleting, breeding industry and food processing industry.
AM aqueous solution adopts plastic drum or dedicated tank car.
AM aqueous solution should be store in cool, dry and ventilated place to avoid exposure, moisture and rainfall. Storage temperature should be no higher than 25℃; separate with oxidizing agent or reducing agent.
This product is toxic, should not reach the mouth, and should not come into contact with the skin. If it accidentally comes into contact with the skin, it should be immediately wiped clean and washed with water. Users and transportation personnel should not eat (including cigarettes and tea) without washing their hands. When using this product, they should comply with relevant national regulations on the storage, transportation, and use of toxic substances.
Personnel engaged in acrylamide cleaning work must wear suitable protective clothing and respiratory protective devices. Cleaning personnel handling solid waste, spilled materials, and contaminated materials must have a correct understanding of the situation, be trained, and wear protective clothing.
