Optical Brightening Agent---Modified Tetra

It belongs to modified tetrasulfonic acid oba, and its surface whitening ability is higher than that of ordinary tetrasulfonic acid oba and slightly lower than that of hexasulfonic acid oba. It has very superior performance price ratio for medium white pure white cultural paper with CIE requirements lower than 160; High purity and low by-products; The combination ability with fiber is general. It is suitable for whitening in surface sizing and coating. The reuse rate of oba is higher than that of hexasulfonate when cutting edge dry loss paper is reused.

Performance & Features

1.It is a modified product of tetrasulphonate optical brightening agent. It has good fluorescent brightening performance on coating.especially in light weight coated paper.shade of reddish.

2.Compared with hexasulphonate optical brightening agent, it has lower charge, smaller affect of the wet side, and the utilization rate is higher.

Application Methods

1.On coating.anywhere to add in the preparation process of fillers, and it has good compatibility with PVA.CMC,starch. Nomal dosage: 0.1%-1.2% hased on dry weight of fillers.

2.On surface sizing.The effect will be better when it is used with starch, CMC and PVA together. Nomal dosage:1g/L-20g/L(single side).

3.pH value should be controlled at the range of4.0-10.5 when it is used

Packing & Storage

The product will be packed in 50kg,240kg or 1100kg plastic tanks, or specially packed as per clients'requirements. Storage conditions: shady.cool, dry and above o'C. Shelflife: 6 months.
