Product Description:

The main component of Diffusant NNO is -- naphthalene sulfonic acid sodium salt formaldehyde condensate, which is a pure white powder dispersant. Its function is to properly disperse various powders in the solvent, and make various solids stably suspended in the solvent (or dispersion liquid) through certain charge exclusion principle or polymer steric effect.

Core performance:

This product is easily soluble in water, resistant to acid, alkali, salt and hard water, and has good diffusion performance. This product is anionic. They ionize in water to form anions and have affinity for protein and polyamide fibers.

Scope of application:

It is mainly used as dispersant in disperse dyes, vat dyes, reactive dyes, acid dyes and leather dyes. It has excellent grinding effect, solubilization and dispersion. It can also be used as dispersant in textile printing and dyeing, wettable pesticides, dispersant for papermaking, electroplating additives, latex, rubber, construction, water-soluble coatings, pigment dispersant, oil drilling, water treatment agent Carbon black dispersant, etc.

Technical indicators:

Usage:

1. When processing the fineness of disperse dye or vat dye particles, the dispersant and dye can be added to the grinder and sand mill together. The amount of dispersant is 0.5-3 times that of vat dyes or 1.5-2 times that of disperse dyes  

2. Suspension pad dyeing method: in pad dyeing bath, 3-5g/L dispersant is generally added, and 15-20g/l

dispersant is generally added in reduction bath; Cryptochromic acid method: the general dosage of dispersant is 2-3 g/l

3. Disperse dye dyeing: when polyester is dyed at high temperature and high pressure, generally 0.5-1.5g/l dispersant can be added to the dyeing bath;

4. Ice dye dyeing: the amount of dispersant in the sodium salt bath of tryptophan is generally 2-5g/l, and the amount of dispersant in the diazonium salt bath of color base is generally 0.5-2g/l

Packaging and storage:

1. This product is packed in woven bags lined with plastic film. The net weight of each bag is 40kg or 25kg. If special specification packaging is required, it can be customized in advance.

2. The powder should be stored in the warehouse and pay attention to moisture-proof. However, the use effect will not be affected by moisture caking. It can be crushed or prepared into aqueous solution before reuse.

3. This product is valid for one year. It can only be used after passing the inspection.
