【Product performance】

1. It is a cationic surfactant, which is easily soluble in water and acetone, butanol, benzene, chloroform, dimethylformamide, dioxane, ethylene glycol, methyl (ethyl or butyl), solvent on celluloid, acetic acid and water at room temperature. It is soluble in carbon tetrachloride, dichloroethane, styrene, etc. at 50 ℃.

2. It is stable to 5% dilute acid and alkali, and will decompose when the temperature rises to more than 180 ℃.

3. It can be mixed with cationic and non-ionic surfactants, but it should not be used in the same bath with anionic surfactants.

【Product application】

1. It is suitable for spinning static elimination of synthetic fibers such as polyester, nylon and nylon, and has excellent antistatic effect. The antistatic agent SN can be used alone or as an oil solution or emulsifier without any anionic surfactants, so that the static electricity can be eliminated by using the fiber tow in the emulsion, and the dosage is generally 0.2~0.5% of fiber weight.

2. It can be used as leveling agent for polyacrylonitrile.

3. Eliminating static electricity of plastic products in plastic industry can be used as static electricity eliminating agent for PVC, polyethylene film and plastic products. Dissolve the antistatic agent Sn in a suitable solvent, mix it with a small amount of plastic powder, dry it, and then add it to all plastic powder for processing according to the routine. Generally, the recommended dosage is 0.5 ~ 2% of the weight of plastic.
