Properties

N-Octylglucamine is used for the resolution of non steroidal anti-inflammatory analgesic naproxen, ibuprofen, metalaxyl and other chiral drugs and pesticides. N-Octylglucamine mainly exists in human articular cartilage and connective tissue. It is not only an important nutrient for the formation of chondrocytes, but also a basic component of cartilage matrix and synovial fluid. It is an important raw material for the formation of lubricating substances between articular cartilage tissue and joints, providing the function of joint lubrication and protection.
